This is more general information.

Looks to me like Washington is wetter, SoCal is dryer, and Northern
California could go either way.  It also looks like the correlations
are not as strong as with El Nino, so really, anything could happen.

Mark Dixon -- is there any chance the snow page will come alive???  
I really enjoyed it last year.
