I hear this years model might be 3500 and 5000 ci instead of 4000 and 
5200 Mountainlights from last year. Note the 4000 and 5200 from last 
year were almost impossible to come by. I don't know whether it was a 
huge demand or a lack of quantity manufacturered but they were difficult 
to find anywhere in the country.

You might try REI to see if they can special order it for you -- one guy 
earlier this year said he got his 4000 Mountainlight that way (after a 3 
month wait). Also, Mt. Rogers Outfitters in Damascus, VA sold one to an 
AT thruhiker in May. I was lucky enough to have found my Mountainlight 
5200 at Earth Adventures in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
